Important: Please make sure you sign in with your child’s name on your laptop, phone, tablet etc.
Zoom has recently updated their security after some pretty weird lapses. We've not had anything untoward happen at all, but we can’t let you in if we don’t recognize your kid's name. I believe you can do this before you log in. We will send you a message in the waiting room. The producer will include his/her number and confirm your child's name so the Producer can let you in. If all else fails, you can always send us a message in the Moment app.
